A terrifying dark "goddess" from a long abandoned faith, Shahanetzul enters into material planes through the minds of capable hosts. Either through sleep or deep meditation, the host must perform the necessary rituals in order to call her forth from the void outside our world so that she may possess their bodies and carry out tasks for her own devices. Usually, the host asks for something in return for becoming a walking meat puppet, but almost never does she return the favor. Instead, the host slowly becomes part of her total form. When Shahanetzul ultimately returns into the nether regions, her victim fades out from the world of mortals and takes their place as some grotesque blemish upon Shahanetzul's gruesome body. The more capable the host, the greater the place they take on her...

but with each addition, she only grows stronger and stronger...
